Memorial services for John Lewis “Pop” Hilton will be held Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 12:30pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Kathy McIntyre officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2010 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. A Beloved husband, Dad and Pawpaw has passed on. John Lewis “Pop” Hilton was born April 19, 1943 to Alfred and Gladys Hilton in Pitkin, Louisiana and passed away April 24, 2010 in Conroe, Texas. Lewis loved hunting and fishing with his son and granddaughters. He was never alone as he always had one or more of his granddaughters by his side; whether he was going to the store, cooking dinner for his family or just relaxing in his recliner. Lewis leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of 40 years, Guadalupe V. Hilton; sons and daughters-in-law, Jesse F. Rodriguez III and Beverly and George L. Hilton and Shawntel; three precious granddaughters, Carolyn, Shelbie and Sierra Hilton; brother, Whit Wilton and sister Lillian Vernon.
