Joy Catherine Steelman, of Willis, Texas, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2013. She was born on November 22, 1924 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to George and Susie Ross. She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband. She is survived by son, Kevin Steelman and a brother, Hartsel Ross. The family will observe a private service.
