Lawrence Gary, age 92 passed away on January 27, 2024 in Conroe, Texas. He was born on March 6, 1931 in Rayne, Louisiana to Edias and Annie Gary.

He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Moise Gary, Sidney Gary, Irene Gary, Loma Meche, Saybel Meche, Gilbert Gary, Edias Gary Jr.

Lawrence is survived by his wife, Celia Gary; children, Janice Kimmons, Barbara Kornegay and Terry Gary; grandchildren, Reina James, Rhoda Nix, Nichole Geick and Amber Gary; great grandchildren, Andrew James, Ryan James, Ryland Nix, Alyahh Schomer, Trinity Geick; sister, Bulsy Mire, as well as many other relatives.

A funeral service for Lawrence will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, TX 77303. Following the funeral service will be a graveside in Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe, TX 77303.
