Lilly Ann Dorney

Funeral services for Lilly Ann Dorney, age 54, of Conroe will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 6 p.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Deacon Rick Garcia officiating. Visitation is scheduled for Friday evening from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home. Lilly was born January 19, 1958 in Bryan, Texas and went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2012 at her home in Conroe. She graduated from Alief Hastings High School. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Conroe, the Conroe Jazz and More, EEA, Master Gardeners, Cut-N-Shoot Outreach group and the Owen Theatre group. Lilly was preceded in death by her father, Juan A. Verastegui, and grandparents, Genaldo and Eloisa Hernandez. She is survived by her husband, Donald P. Dorney of Conroe; son, Donald P. Dorney Jr.; brothers and sisters, Len J. Dorney, Ronald J. Dorney, Judith E. Harvey, Jeannette Llorente and Robert J. Llorente, Kenneth S. Verastegui, J. Carlos Verastegui and Tricia L. Verastegui; mother, Anna G. Verastegui; nephews and nieces, Ricardo A. Llorente, Cristina D. Llorente, Deanna M. Llorente, Jamie L. Verastegui, Kenneth L. Verastegui, Camron S. Verastegui and Marisa R. Verastegui; great nephew and niece, Coleton-James B. McClannan and Madison I. Llorente; other relatives, Dennis and Angie Garza and Joe and Santa Alvarado. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
