I remember Lynda and all her family from when I was young. She was such a nice person. I would see Lynda and her family at dances, and we had such great times. She will be deeply missed.

Biography

“Anything is possible.” That is what Lynda Russell believed about life. She was a creative woman, a perpetual inventor, who seemed to be able to find a solution for any difficulty confronting her. She had faith in her ability to find those solutions. Lynda thoroughly enjoyed understanding how things worked. She possessed an inquisitive, confident, and rational nature matched with a versatile and agile mind. Lynda was a person who believed that she could achieve whatever she set out to do.

She is survived by husband Michael Russell of Montgomery; son Brian Russell of Montgomery; daughter Michelle Russell of Montgomery and daughter and son in law Nicole and Hyunwoo Kim of Austin, father Archie Kitkoski Sr. Of Montgomery, sister Kathy Wingard of Anderson, brother Archie Kitkoski Jr. of Conroe, brother and sister in law Kenneth and Connie Kitkoski of Conroe; niece Kenadi Kitkoski, nephews Ryan Wingard, Nolan Kitkoski and Kyler Kitkoski. Services were held at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Anderson, Texas. Lynda was laid to rest in St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery, Anderson, Texas.

During her lifetime, nothing appeared impossible to Lynda. She met the words “it can’t be done” with the enthusiastic challenge of a “wanna bet” attitude. Lynda was able to recognize the possibilities a new idea held, even when those around her could not. For Lynda, the traditional way of doing things fell short of her expectations, especially if there were original and untested methods for handling a challenge. For Lynda Russell, the fun of living her life could be found in the challenge.
