I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved Lynn Marie. Death brings such heart ache. When I have lost a loved one, I have found comfort from reading the Bible. Our loving heavenly Father promises to comfort us so we can comfort others. (2 Corinthians 1: 3, 4) Perhaps you will find comfort in John 5: 28, 29 where Jesus promises to resurrect all those in the memorial tombs. It will be a wonderful time when we welcome our loved ones back to life.

Dear Bob,
To you and all your loved ones, my sincere sympathy at Lynn's death.
Together, you both have fought the 'good fight'.
My prayers for you all in these days
that many awesome memories
and our Christian Hope in 'love stronger than death'
will sustain you.
From Missouri, where I'm giving a Lenten retreat,
I will offer the Mass for Lynn on Friday morning!
God be good to her forever!
And God bless you who love her most!
Tim

I am very sorry to hear of your families loss. Death is a terrible thing and I look forward to the time when it is gone forever. I personally have found much hope in the Bible's promises for the future. Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” I hope this can also give you a measure of comfort during this difficult time.
