

Margaret (De La Fuente) Anderson, 103, passed on June 12, 2026. Born May 16, 1923, in Rosenberg, Texas, she was the daughter of Donaciano and Ynez De La Fuente. Margaret’s life was marked by steadfast faith, deep devotion to family, and a quiet strength that shaped everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Margaret was employed with Montgomery Wards for 22 years, bringing diligence and reliability to her work. She also volunteered for Hospice, offering comfort and care with a generous spirit. A very active church member, she lived out her beliefs with consistency and sincerity, grounding her home in strong Christian values and a deep love for one another. To Margaret, friends were considered family, and her warmth made room for many at her table and in her heart.
In the daily rhythms of life, Margaret’s gifts were evident in the ways she created and nurtured. An expert seamstress, she brought patience and skill to every stitch. She also loved gardening and worked in her yard, tending what she planted with the same steady attention she gave to the people she loved.
Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was married to Carlos Delafuente for 50 years before his passing, and later married to Robert Anderson for 12 years. She is survived by her children, Norma Rohsner and husband David, and Linda Nall and husband Danny; former son-in-law Ronnie Davis and wife Shirley; nine grandchildren, Trenton Davis and wife Juliet, Tracy Ledford, Jill Butler and husband David, Amy Rohsner, Lisa Harris, Kate Rohsner Creeks, Ken Rohsner and wife Britney, Brian Nall and wife Kathy, Melanie Butler and husband Trevin, and Melissa Jackson; 12 great grandchildren, Sarah Davis, Jack Davis, Nikolos Schillaci and wife Taylor, Bethany Butler Gabriel and husband Taylor, Brent Butler, Johnny Galan, Kynzlee Creeks, Royce Rohsner, Beau Rohsner, Maryn Lou Rohsner, Landon Nall, and Everette Nall; and great great grandchildren, Walter Fritz Schillaci.
She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Carlos Delafuente; her second husband, Robert Anderson; and her daughter, Ann Davis.
Visitation will be held at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, TX 77303, US, on June 18, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at the same location from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A Graveside Service will take place at Garden Park Cemetery, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, TX 773031606, US, on June 18, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
