It was an honor to have been a stepson to Mary she helped guide me through some troubling times as a teenager and was an asset in both myself and my wife Regina,s life and to our children. Mary was not just a good stepmom but was also a friend and she will be missed. Thanks for everything from Joe Carter

Mary was a friend of our family
all our lives. She was seven years older than me, a when I was five or six I had a huge crush on her. So she always referred to me as her boyfriend. She was such a beautiful person. My parents loved her dearly. Her family and mine remained friends all there lives. My Sister and I will surely miss our childhood friend. I know my family will be glad to see her in heaven. Love you my friend and will miss you and your beautiful smile.

Mary and I were friends from High School to this day. We had many great times together. When we could not visit due to health reasons we called each other and laughed about all the things we did as teen agers. She was a sweet person who loved everyone. She always had a joke or some silly thing to make me laugh.. I will miss her smile and friendship. My thoughts and prayers to her family. Love all of you. God bless each of you.
