Mickle “Mickey” Joe Cunningham, 70, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2024.

Mickey was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lynelle Cunningham and his brother Gary Cunningham. He is survived by his children; Tera Blume and husband Derek, Kimberly Cunningham, Jacob Cunningham and stepson Michael Martin, sisters; Pamella Fisher and Sarah Raleigh, grandchildren; Julian Blume and Carlee Blume, Aunt; Sue Moorhead, several nieces; a nephew; and numerous friends whom he considered family.

Mickey worked alongside his Dad and Brother for many years in the family trucking business.

His joy in life was founded in simple pleasures. His humorous personality, smile and laughter will be a cherished memory. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed shooting pool, music, cooking, sports, and reminiscing.

Visitation is scheduled for Noon, Friday, October 11, 2024 with service to immediately follow at Metcalf Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at New Montgomery Cemetery.
