Neta May Ford

Neta May (Huff) Ford went to be with the Lord on June 6, 2015. She was born on December 14, 1933 in Versailles, Missouri to Elzie and Odessa (Hopkins)Huff. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved her family, cooking and socializing with her neighbors and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elzie and Odessa Huff, her husband, James E. Ford, Sr., their daughter, Rebecca Sue Howard, brother Elzie Lee Huff, Jr. and sister Rita Ruth Lee. She is survived by her sons, James E. Ford, Jr. and wife Robin; Mark Douglas Ford; her daughters Daelila Jean Blair and Rhonda Kay Trojanowsky and husband James; sister Carol Jean James of Jefferson City, Missouri; Jackson Glenn Huff of Cameron, Texas and Dwight Edward HUff; sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; twenty-eight nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Cashner Funeral Home on Friday, June 12, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 13, 2015 in Cashner Colonial Chapel at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. Merle Blado officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden Park Cemetary. Reception to follow in Cashner Reception Hall, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas. Pallbearers will be James E. Ford III, James Clifton Ford, Kenneth G. Ford, Dwight Howard, Jr., Samuel Howard, Richard Renfrew and Ryan Lane. The family would like to give special thank you to Creekside Retirement Community staff, Memory Support Unit for taking such good care of her during the past three months.
