A memorial service for Norman Lloyd Swanson, age 77, of Conroe will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 10 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Father Ray Hyden of Lighthouse Hospice officiating. Norman was born December 21, 1933 in Brownsdale, Minnesota to Arvid and Martha Wachlin Swanson and passed away on December 7, 2011 in Conroe, Texas. He served his country in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Norman is survived by his wife of 41 years, Patsy Ann Swanson; sons, Jimmy Swanson, Terrell Swanson, Johnny Swanson, Gene Swanson and William Swanson; daughter, Dawn Hamilton; stepchildren, Crissy Stout and Randy Willard; and fifteen (15) grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, other family member and friends also survive.
