Otis was born on April 2, 1932 in Dublin, Texas to Weldon Otis Clark and Dottie Sigman Clark and passed away on September 17, 2011 in Conroe, Texas. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Gibson Clark; his daughter, Teresa Clark Jennings and her husband, Mark of Claremore, Oklahoma; his sons: Larry Clark and his wife, Carla of Montgomery, Texas, Gary Clark and his wife, Cheryl of Checotah, Oklahoma and Craig Clark and his wife, Melissa Rowe of Conroe, Texas; his grandchildren: Lindsy Benish and her husband, Kevin; Josh Jennings, Brandon Clark and his wife, Alicia, Mellanie Lee, Hunter Whitehead, Cody Clark, Dillon Clark, Aaron Clark and his wife, Jessica, Keith Hester, Desi Clark, Ross Clark, Derek Hester.
