Paul Irvin Manning

Paul Irvin Manning was born on the 1st of December 1947 and peacefully passed away at the age of 75 on the 23rd of January 2023. A man of good cheer and music, Paul enjoyed attending parties with his wife, where he often contributed to the merriment by sharing his DJ-ing skills and vast music library.

In August of 2001 Paul met his wife, Joy Luckett Manning, and they were wed on the 4th of July 2003. Their shared happiness included time with the Rough Rider Riding Club, their beloved cats, and, of course, their family and friends.

Paul was very proud to serve in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of VFW Post 4709 in Conroe, Texas. He is preceded in death by his sisters Wanda Bannister, Billie Ruth Faurie, Patsy Jarrell, and Mary Lou Osborne, and brothers K.R. “Buck” Manning and Cecil Manning. He is survived by his dear wife Joy Luckett Manning, his brother Ellis H. “Junior” Manning and his daughter Angela Billings. Paul was full of love for his surviving nephews and niece Michael Manning, Jason Manning, Steven Manning, Kevin Manning, Robert Osborne, Michael Jarrell and Melody Meece, and his grandchildren Hailey Billings, Neally Billings, Torian Hutton, Crysta Galvan, Elric Galvan, and Audrina Galvan, as well as his great granddaughter Ava Hutton.
