Pearl Anne was born to William and Christine Urban Slowinski on March 10, 1934, in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from Roxbury Memorial High in 1952. She moved with her family to Sacramento, California, as a young woman and met the love of her life. They would go on to spend the next 65 years together until her death.
Remembering her with great love and affection are: her husband, James Wallace Elliott; her children, Mike (Cindy Segner), Glen (Elaine), Tina (Greg) and Wayne; her grandchildren, Cindy (Neal) Helf, Michael (Melissa) Elliott, Madisson Elliott, Tyler and Marshall Elliott, Travis, Cameron, Carson, Carlyanne, Talie and Catelyn Sadler; her great-grandchildren, Camden, Annabelle, and Claire Helf and Alice Jane and Annie Pearl Elliott; her brother, Ray Slowinski; sister-in-law, Kathy Hamels; and nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; younger brother, Paul Hamels; and sister-in-law, Janet Slowinski.
Pearl Anne was kind, patient, and accepting of everyone. She was a good listener and a comfort to all. She enjoyed eating and was a great cook. She loved to feed everyone around her. Her sense of humor and fun kept her grandchildren in stitches. She enjoyed life to the fullest. She was up for anything from ranch riding to water balloon wars to parasailing in her 70’s. Her favorite times were ones with her family gathered together for a meal, games and water fun. Pearl Anne was as simple and beautiful as the sunsets she and Wallace so enjoyed on the lake.
The family would like to thank everyone for their cards, letters, calls, and flowers during Pearl Anne’s illness and after her passing.
A celebration of Pearl Anne’s life will be held October 23, 2021, 12:00-3:00pm, Seven Coves Clubhouse,
