Funeral services for Ralph Owen Yates, age 83, of Conroe will be held on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 10 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Brother Barry McConathy officiating. Interment will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Crockett, Texas. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, May 6, 2010 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home.
Ralph was born July 4, 1926 in Malakoff, Texas and passed away on May 3, 2010 in Houston, Texas. He served his country in the U. S. Army during World War II. He is survived by his loving wife, Esther Yates of Conroe; daughters, Karen Yates of Conroe and Deborah Robbins and husband Hal of Willis; son, Ronnie Yates and wife Lynell of Cleveland; brother, Lawrence Yates of Conroe; grandchildren, Renee Moore, Dean Yates, Krystal Green, Nathan Robbins, Ashley Robbins and Shane Robbins; great grandchildren, Wyatt Moore, Elizabeth Moore, Wade Yates, Michael Yates, Nico Yates, Shane Robbins, Jr., Addisson Robbins, Camryn Robbins and Brantley Robbins. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
