Raymond Dwain Hitt, 87, of Houston, Texas, passed away on May 9, 2025. He was born on October 9, 1937, in Marlin, Texas, to Marion and Aline Hitt. Raymond was reserved, meticulous, very organized and had a relentless work ethic. He loved to travel and to dote over his family and all his pets. Raymond also loved riding his tractor and perfecting his lawn. He was relentless in cheering on his beloved University of Texas Longhorns as well as the Dallas Cowboys.
Raymond was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, colleague and friend that will be deeply missed. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 10:00 am, at Garden Park Cemetery, with visitation one hour prior at Cashner Funeral Home Conroe, Texas. Until we meet again, we will miss you, our perfect dad.
