Bob Fitzgerald was a member of The Army Air Corp throughout World War II and was awarded the Bronze Star. He was stationed in England where he met and married Peggy, his wife of 65 years. He was a Sales Representative and Sales Manager for Sealright Co. for 33 years.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Lawrence and Joseph and his parents. He is survived by his wife Peggy; daughter Mary and her husband Denis; son Jim and his wife Susan; son Michael and his wife Tina; son Bill and his wife Karen; 7 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.
He was a gentleman, a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be dearly missed.
A visitation for Bob will be held at Metcalf Funeral Directors in Conroe, Texas on
June 29, 2010 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. The funeral service will be held on June 30, 2010 at 11:30AM at The Houston National Cemetery.
