Robert was born on December 6, 1948 in Cheyenne Wyoming to Emery and Edna Iversen. Robert graduated from East High School in Cheyenne in 1967. He then attended the University of Wyoming and graduated in 1979 with a masters degree in chemical engineering. Robert worked in the oil and gas industry for many years prior to retirement. Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and woodworking. Robert was very skilled with his hands and could make or fix anything. In 2019 Robert married the love of his life, Marivic Ogaya, the two of them enjoyed traveling around the country and took frequent trips to the Philippines.
Robert survived by his wife, Marivic Iversen, their children Emmanuel Llaguno, Danielle Llaguno, Francis Llaguno, Steven Llaguno Of the Philippines, his niece, Christy Iversen- Nichols (David) of Mississippi, several great nieces, and a large extended family in the Philippines.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents Emery Iversen, Edna Mae Iversen, and his brother Gale S Iversen.
Private services will be held.
