Maria and Family: I am a family member of Maria who lives in Corpus Christi, TX. and the daughter of Eugene Cabaj who was a cousin to Maria. I am so sorry for your loss and was so sadden to hear about this unfortunate accident. Know that we are keeping all of you in our prayers during this time. We are so sorry that we cannot make the funeral for Ron but know that we will be saying prayers during this time. Please keep us posted as to how Maria is doing. Ron and Maria were our neighbors and friends in Timberlake Estates, Cypress, Texas for over 20 years. We hated to see them move earlier this year. Our condolences, thoughts and prayers go out to Maria and the entire family.

I’ve know Ronnie since Junior High in Hardin. We were always friends. We skinned snakes and put their hearts in a jar to see how long it would beat (science buffs). Went to the Senior Prom together as Seniors. And as adults, we still remained friends. Always happy to see each other. Goodbye to a long time friend! God rest your soul, Ronnie!
