

Funeral services for Roy Gustave Gullberg III will be held Friday, December 30, 2011 at 12:30pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel with burial following in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Twig was born September 7, 1960 in Houston, Texas to Roy Gustave Gullberg, Jr and Grace Johnson-Gullberg and entered into rest after a very brave and courageous battle with cancer. Twig was a loving father, husband and brother. He loved being outdoors participating in a variety of outdoor recreational activities. Twig followed in his father’s footsteps and founded a turbo machinery repair facility, TRS Services, LLC, with the help and dedication of family and friends. His strong work ethic and his desire to never give in made him a person everyone respected. Twig loved life and lived it to the fullest, never complaining or giving in to the pain he felt from his battle with cancer. Roy Gustave Gullberg III, a strong name, for a strong-sturdy man, has left behind to remember his many cherished memories, his wife, Gina Gullberg; sons, Roy “Pete” Gullberg IV and Jack Gullberg and his wife Erica; step-daughter, Angie and her husband Ron Houges, step-mother, Dorothy Stokes-Gullberg; sisters, Joanne “Jody” Stoudenmier, Carol Burrough and her husband Ron and Martha Collopy and her husband Tony; grandchildren, Ricky Portwood, Brandon Baxter, Kaelen Hughes, Ronnie Hughes, Gracelyn Gullberg-Collopy, Roy Daniel Gullberg and Evalynn Gullberg; aunt, Fran Smith and his very best friend, whom he loved as a brother, Doug Todd.
