Saul Lewis was born to Eleanor Corn Lewis and Hyman Lewis on January 28, 1951 in Paterson City, NJ. Saul bravely battled several severe health issues for a number of years prior to passing away peacefully on June 9, 2026, in The Woodlands, TX at the age of 75.
Saul was a gifted artist who enjoyed history, sports, numismatics, cats and playing cribbage. He received his Masters of Fine Art from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY and worked as a Psychiatric Case Manager at Harbor House, St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson, NJ and at West Bergen Mental Health Care in Ridgewood NJ.
Saul is survived by his half-brother Marc Lewis, his cousins Edward Beckwith and Bruce Beckwith, as well as his chosen siblings Bill Krimsky, Maxine Krimsky Jacobson (deceased) and Daryl Krimsky and their extended families.
Those who would like to remember Saul are welcome to join our family at a memorial gathering in his honor on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 2pm at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe.
