Passed away peacefully February 17th, 2024, surrounded by her family.
Tee was a strong independent soul and an Amazing Crochet Artist! Crocheting for Tee was not just a hobby, it was a way of life. Crochet was therapy for her, and she spent many an hour in her little pink chair, feet tucked under her, lost in her own beautiful creations.
Tee worked for the Valero company for about 19 years, and you could always find her at the store she managed in the Conroe area. She had been retired for a few years, however she still maintained friendships with some of the people that became like family to her.
Tee is proceeded in death by her mother Patricia, her father Donald and her older brother Donnie.
She is survived by her sister Wendy Shaffer, brother Douglas Shaffer, sister Bridgette Howard (John) and brother Ronald Shaffer (Connie).
She is also survived by daughter Christina Lynn Russell and son Carey Michael Ward as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Tee was so loved, and we are grateful for the time that we got to spend together. We are comforted knowing that she knew that she was loved and that she was ready to let go and join our family in heaven.
John 11:25-26 “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die: and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.
