William Earl Baily, 70, of Spring, Texas, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2012. He was born on January 17, 1942 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Norman and Susie Card Bailey. He is Survived by his loving wife of 39 years Rebecca Taylor Bailey; daughters Leilani Nelms and husband Barry, Tammy Dunn and husband Chad and Michelle Word and husband Blake; grandchildren Brandon Nelms, Steven Nelms, Amber Epley, Lynn Epley, Ashley Word, Katelyn Word and Sky Word; three great-grandchildren; brothers Fred Bailey, Victor Bailey and Richard Bailey and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 24, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Funeral services under the direction of pastor Dale Lee will be on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. in the Cashner Colonial chapel. Burial will follow at Garden Park Cemetery.
