.William Raymond Norcross passed away June 18, 2014 at the age of 88 in The Woodlands, Texas. He was born March 2, 1926 in Oaklyn, New Jersey to Raymond and Hazel Norcross. William graduated from Eckels College of Mortuary Science and became a licensed funeral director in 1951. He was co- owner of Norcross Funeral Home with his wife Doris, also a licensed funeral director. William was a funeral director for 40 years before retiring. He was involved with the Lions Club, Saucon Lodge No. 469, Lehigh Consistory A.A.S.R, Coopersburg Moravian Church and a devoted member of Christ United Methodist Church, The Woodlands. William is survived by his loving wife, Doris Norcross, son, Ronald Norcross and wife Cindy, daughter, Beth Daly and grandchildren, Patrick, Sean and Colin Daly. Graveside services will take place at a later date in Woodland Cemetery, Coopersburg, PA. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 3551 N. Broad St. Philadelphia, Pa, 19140.
