

Aleyamma is survived by her 11 children, 24 grandkids, 23 great grandkids. She is preceded in death by her Husband M.C. Chacko in the year 2000.
Aleyamma was born on Jan 22, 1927 in Maramon, Kerala to Geevarghese and Annamma. She was married to Medackal Chacko Medical. Over a period of time, the couple welcomed eleven children into their home and Aleyamma raised and educated all the children. All her family remember her as a kind, generous, patient, and driven mother who set an example of hard work and encouraged them to pursue their goals. All her children were motivated by her to pursue higher studies and as a result migrated to the United States where the family is settled today.
Aleyamma was accomplished as a house wife, caring mother, and overall, a determined but gentle soul. She was a generous, witty, dedicated individual who loved everyone whole heartedly and who was passionate about caring for others. She was an active and dedicated member of the Malankara Marthoma Syrian Church and participated in all the activities and spiritual organizations of the Church.
A visitation for Aleyamma will be held Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071. A funeral service will occur Monday, February 7, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Luke's Mar Thoma Church, 6101 NW 9th St, Margate, FL 33063. A committal service will occur Monday, February 7, 2022 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S. State Rd. 7, N. Lauderdale, FL 33068.
Rev. David Cherian will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Aleyamma’s life. The family remembers all your comforting words and thank all who have supported us in this time of grief.
