

Anna Deverson, born on June 14, 1937, in Brooklyn, New York, passed away on February 14, 2026, at the age of 88. Anna was a humorous, kind-hearted, and devoted individual who touched the lives of many.
Anna was the beloved daughter of Alexander and Fillinamo (nee: Falcone) Konopsky, both of whom predeceased her. She was also preceded in death by her two siblings. In her professional life, Anna worked as a telephone operator and teacher's aide, roles in which she demonstrated her dedication and commitment.
Anna shared over 65 years of marriage with her late husband, Richard Deverson, who predeceased her in 2019. Together, they raised four children: Richard (Diane) Deverson, Gerard Deverson, Theresa Zwycewicz, and Michael Deverson, who has also predeceased her. Anna was a proud grandmother to Richard, Robert, Randi, Desiree, Gerard, Michelle, Alyssa, Cory, cousin Walter, and she was blessed with many great-grandchildren.
Anna had a vibrant personality and a zest for life. She was affectionately known as the "Lottery lady" for her enthusiasm for scratch-off tickets and her incredible luck. She enjoyed playing Bingo, Spanish Keno, and Spanish Bingo, and she was a frequent visitor to casinos, where she indulged in slot machines and blackjack. Anna loved watching the Game Show Network, listening to oldies music from the 50s and 60s, and spending time at Dunkin Donuts. She cherished live music, the beach, and sitting outside in the sun, surrounded by flowers. Weekly nail and hair appointments were among her cherished routines.
A visitation will be held at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, located at 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071, on February 20, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church, 1400 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068, on February 21, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
Anna will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will forever cherish her memory and the joy she brought into their lives.
