Carmen “Beatriz” was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She moved to the
United States and was a devoted homemaker and mother to her son, Tito Frias. She was a beloved sister and aunt who enjoyed spending time with her family. She would
often be found playing dominoes, bingo, or listening to her favorite native music. Her laugh, gentle heart, and warm smile will be greatly missed.
