Villar, Carmen Munoz, 83, of Parkland, went to be with the Lord June 14, 2019. Carmen was born August 17, 1935 in Puerto Rico to the late Jose Ortelio and Georgina (Santiago) Munoz. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers, shopping with her daughters, but her passions were her children and family. Her favorite quote was "Without my children and family, I am nothing". Carmen was predeceased by her loving husband, Diego Villar Jr. in February 1996. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Judy (Pierre) Sada, Joseph (Kim) Villar, Janice (Jim) Morrison, Jennifer (John) Nelson, Joyce (Janice Burke) Villar, grandchildren, Sherri Sada (Ian) Sklar, Roger Dean Sada, William Pierre Sada, Joseph Dean Villar, Maria Leilani Morrison, Jessica Leialoha Morrison, John Robert Nelson, Justin Michael (Melissa) Nelson, Kori Elizabeth Nelson, Zachary Taylor Nelson, Wayne Allen Hudson, Chuggie William Hudson, great grandchildren, Michael Ian Sklar, Chloe Sada Sklar, Abigail Grace Nelson, brother, Luis Antonio Munoz, special daughter, Violet Hernandez Korec and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Rite will be celebrated Saturday, August 3, 2019, 10:00am at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 9950 NW 29th Street, Coral Springs, FL.
