Francis, Catherine Ann, 69, of Coral Springs, passed away January 1, 2012. She was born January 25,1942 in Detroit, Michigan to the late James and Mary (nee Philbin) Gibbons. She was the Registrar at University Hospital before her retirement. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 42 years, John, daughters, Annemarie Francis, Sheila Francis, sisters, Marie Hayes, Peggy Utich, sister-in-law, Joan Willett, nieces and nephews, Maureen Utich, John Utich, Theresa (Jerome) Bismack, Kathleen McQuillan and Timothy (Debbie) McQuillan and her dog, KC. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 8, 2012, 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 9, 2012, 10:00am at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 9950 NW 29th Street, Coral Springs.
