Chris was born February 17, 1973 in Hollywood, Florida to Catherine and Donald Ouimet. He graduated from Plantation High School in 1992. He worked most recently for Walmart, He wias involved in Scouting, loved the 4th of July, setting off fireworks with his cousin Christy, and eating great food, his favorite was always lasagna.
His love of sports was second to none. He enjoyed football Sundays with friends and family and cheered for his favorite teams the Michigan Wolverines and the Philadelphia Eagles. His biggest joy was watching his Wolverines win their first championship and his Eagles winning a Superbowl. He loved to visit Michigan and his greatest thrill was standing in the historic 110,000 seat stadium, known as The Big House in Ann Arbor.
Chris is preceded in death by his father Donald Ouimet, maternal grandparents George and Edna Walbert, maternal great grandmother Charlotte Knight, and paternal grandparents Betty and Leo Ouimet.
Chris is survived by his mother, Cathi Cuimet, his son Jordan Ouimet, his aunt Pattie Morea, cousin Nancy Morea Boulahanis, niece Sophia Boulahanis, nephew Christopher Boulahanis, and countless friends, colleagues, and family members.
His Celebration of Life service will be held, Saturday, June 29, 2024 11:00 AM at Kraeer Funeral Home, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
