Claudette "Cutie" Hibbert

Hibbert, Claudette "Cutie", 82, of Coral Springs, went to be with the Lord on February 8, 2018. Cutie was born in Jamaica to the late Oscar Noel and Daisy Lucille (Thornley) Isaacs on December 28, 1935. She was the ultimate sports mom and enjoyed rooting for the Miami Heat. She loved being with people and cooking especially for parties where she usually told an off color joke or two. Cutie was known to have the "Best Legs" when she was in Jamaican Beauty Pageants. She was predeceased by her four brothers and beloved husband, Dudley Albert Edward Hibbert in April 1989. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons and daughters-in-law, Mario & Celia McLennan, Paul & Symone Hibbert, daughter and son-in-law, Celia & Shaun Nelson, grandchildren, Sean McLennan, Ketema McLennan, Torah McLennan, Brandi (Rashard) Parker, Jahnelle McLennan, Isha McLennan, Amanda Hibbert, Simon Hibbert, Amanda Nelson, Rhys Nelson, Caleigh Nelson, Zachary Nelson and nine great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 15, 2018, 6:00 - 8:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 16, 2018, 11:00am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1401 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs.
