Galante, Concetta, 86, of Coconut Creek passed away February 18, 2016. Concetta was born February 13, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Anthony and Lucy (San Finlepe) Romano. Concetta was predeceased by her beloved husband, Salvatore and daughters, Darlene Graffeo and Linda Galante. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kathy (Ralph) Barlow, Joann (Billy) Donohue, grandchildren, Kimberly (Paul) Scribner, Kevin Barlow, Darren Barlow, Danielle (Justin) Colatosti, great grandchildren, Katrina, Kiera and Austin. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 21, 2016, 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs. A Cryptside service will be held Monday, February 22, 2016, 11:00am at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 South State Road 7, North Lauderdale, FL
