Today marks one year since you crossed over to meet Grandpa and Uncle Ronnie.

It has been so difficult to choose words that can describe the loss of Titi Concha. As I have been reading other posts all of them have describe how She was to all of us. As far as I can remember, when She got sick and Her loss are the only sad news that I have ever received that has to do with Her. For our family here in Puerto Rico She meant a lot in our personal lives. She had helped us to, in some way, become what we are today. Every time She came to Puerto Rico to visit us She always brought happiness, joy, love, and it was just so nice to have Her here with us. All these good memories are the ones that will prevail in our minds and hearts for ever. RIP Titi Concha, as Nicky said, we know that you will be dancing in Heaven, where you really deserve to be, and from where you will be watching for all your loved ones here. To all the family that was near her in these hard times I send my respects.

I was so lucky to have Tia Conchita (always Chiti to me) in my life.  She was such a beautiful person inside and out, so loving and kind.  She will be missed greatly.  She was a very wise lady, gave me some good advice and I'm glad I listened to her.  I am sure she is dancing and smiling and watching over us all.  Love you Tia.

Grandma, I love and miss you so much. I would do anything to talk to you/see you one last time. My great grandmother was such a good person & was loved by many. She was a beautiful person inside and out & heaven definitely gained an angel. I know she's in a better place & is watching over me. I'm so lucky that I got to be apart of her life and I'm so lucky that I had grandmother like her. Definitely a blessing. Can't wait to see you again. Always in my mind, forever in my heart.
