Our prayers and thoughts go out to his wife and children and all of his family. I remember him growing up in Clewiston and working at Kelly a Tractor Company when his dad (Robert) was the manager. I worked at the Napa parts store and for twenty years as parts manager at Hendry County Motors Ford where the Kelly family and Kelly Tractor did business. His dad always supported his children in anything they wanted to do . Mr. Kelly was always supportive of the youth and community service programs in the entire Lake area. Mr. and Mrs Kelly were great people who instilled values in their children which carried on through their children. David always had a smile and was very friendly to all of us. May God truly bless the family through this time of sorrow and a David as he rests in peace.

My heart goes out to David’s soulmate, family & friends. No words can make the hurt go away. I hope these messages help. As one of his “ Clewiston family” friends I missed out on the “grown up” David, but remember him for his generosity, support during a trying time and mischievous smile when he debated the sky is green. RIP Catfish
