Elba Luz Soto, a gentle and compassionate soul, passed away on September 20, 2025, at the age of 73. Born on November 26, 1951, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, she was the cherished daughter of the late Israel Soto and Aida Sosa Ramos, she grew up surrounded by love and care.
Elba was a devoted homemaker and spent most of her life in Puerto Rico and New Jersey. Recently, she moved to Coral Springs, Florida, to be closer to her beloved daughter, Shelia Rodriguez, and her cherished grandchildren. Her life was enriched by her love for knitting, a hobby she enjoyed deeply.
In honoring Elba's wishes, a cremation will take place, followed by a celebration of her life. The Celebration of Life will be held on October 11, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, located at 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL, 33071-6026. A Memorial Service will follow from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the same location.
