Hernandez Valentin, Felix, 78, of Hampton, VA, passed away September 1, 2010. He was born June 23, 1932 in Puerto Rico to the late Andres and Ursula (Valentin) Hernandez. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army and retired after over 20 years of loyal service as a Sergeant First Class. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of over 50 years, Lydia, his daughter, Rowena Hernandez-Muzquiz, son-in-law, Richard Muzquiz, grandchildren, Cathan M. Breen, Rodrigo S.L. Muzquiz and Fernando R.L. Muzquiz. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 8, 2010, 5:00 - 9:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2010, 10:30am. Interment will be at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL following the service at the funeral home.
