Walker, George H., 64, of Lake Placid, FL, passed away June 30, 2011. He was born August 23, 1946 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to the late George Hillis and Helen May (Whitman) Walker. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving children, Jeffrey (Marie) Walker, Lori (Jerome) Thigpen, Wendy Schmoll (Tom King), Amy Walker, grandchildren, Marissa Walker, Bryce Walker, Ireland Thigpen, Payton Thigpen, Jordon Espinoza, Madison Schmoll, Ashton Schmoll, Montana Schmoll, Makenzie Schmoll, Zachary Flores, sister, Susan Philips, brother, Ronald Walker and longtime companion, Susie Jablonowski. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 3, 2011, 1:00 - 4:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where funeral services will begin at 4:00pm.
