Jer, Marianne and I were so privileged to have you in our lives for almost 35 years and you often reminded me that you knew her way before I did when you both worked at FMC hospital. You and I had some good times together and I will always cherish that. We spoke about our military service and the proud feeling we both had of representing our country at a very difficult time during the 1960's. I'll never forget the fires on the way to Everglades City for one of our fushing trips. After getting off of Alligator alley on SR 28 that morning, you stopped on top of the bridge in the oncoming lane of traffic and we couldn't see the hood of the truck . We were lucky we survived that morning, because we learned later that day of a head on collison with a fatality in that same exact spot due to zero visibility. On that trip you had an argument with the game warden about the size of the fish we caught and you won the argument hands down. I will miss our phone calls, our fishing trips and most of all our friendship. You my good friend, were One in a Million and I will Miss you tremendously! R.I.P.
