

James Stephen Kazmierczak, born on May 5, 1957, in Brooklyn, New York, passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 68. James was a resident of Tamarac, Florida, and was known for his humorous, selfless, hard-working, generous, compassionate, patient, kind-hearted, thoughtful, beloved, and cherished nature.
James was born to George and Emma Kazmierczak, who predeceased him. He spent his early life in Brooklyn and started his career working at John's Pharmacy, which was located in Ozone Park, New York.
On June 26, 2010, James married Angie, with whom he shared a loving family. He is survived by his daughter Tiffany Kazmierczak, his son Jimmy Kazmierczak, and his daughter-in-law Francesca Kazmierczak. He was a proud stepfather to Tyler Crawford and a devoted grandfather to Nicholas Schneider and Gianna Schneider. James also leaves behind his cherished furbaby, Lucy.
James is survived by his siblings: Robert DeLuca, JoAnn Pecchillo, Michael Kazmierczak, and Mary Colon. He was predeceased by his brother Frederick DeLuca. His extended family includes numerous nieces and nephews.
James had a deep love for the NY Knicks and NY Mets, cherished time with his family, and had a special place in his heart for his puppy Lucy. He enjoyed movies, reading sports, and had a particular fondness for Christmas and Italian food. His grandchildren, old memories, and chocolate ice cream brought him immense joy. Known for having a good time and making people laugh, James loved card games and was famous for "busting chops."
A visitation will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025 at Kraeer Funeral Home, 1655 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, FL from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A prayer service will be held at Kraeer Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 9:00 AM. A committal service will be held at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068 at 10:30 AM on Tuesday.
His memorable phrases, such as "What are ya nuts?", "That's the story Jerry", "That's a lot of bread", and "Where's my wife", will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
