Oberg, Janine Laure Therese, 81, of Tamarac, passed away July 26, 2018. Janine was born May 27, 1937 in Casablanca, Morocco to the late Phillippe and Genevieve Matrat. Janine loved anything French, French Television, French Music, French Cooking. She was adept at debating politics and world events. The most important thing to her was family, she always called her children and grandchildren. Janine had a great sense of humor and was considered to be extremely selfless. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Jeffrey (Judith Roman) Tschiggfrie, Jacques Tschiggfrie, Monique Tschiggfrie, Michelle Tschiggfrie, Nicole (Charles) Harper, grandchildren, Ashley Tschiggfrie, Phillip Tschiggfrie, Travis Pierce, Tammy Pierce, Brian (Sara) Hyer, Erika Tschiggfrie, Kaylah (Marcelleno) Manganelli, Amber (Darrin Callaghan) Bustos, Megan Bustos, Charles Harper Jr. and 9 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 5, 2018, 6:00 - 7:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 7:00pm
