John Allen Lierman, age 81, died on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at his home in Coral Springs, surrounded by his loving family. John was born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1933, and he moved to Miami, Florida in 1968. John was devoted to his wife Sandy for the past 56 years. He leaves his loving wife and daughters Vicky (Vincent) LaRosa and Teresa (Scott) Poole, his grandchildren Knox Poole, Nicholas and Christopher LaRosa, and his sister Carole Lierman, along with many loving nieces and nephews. John was employed with Dade County for 20 years as a plumbing inspector until he retired and moved to Coral Springs. Friends may gather at the KRAEER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTER, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs, Florida, on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 from 6 to 8 P.M. Mass of Christian burial will be said at 10:00 am, Thursday, August 7, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1401 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs, FL, followed by burial at South Florida Veterans National Cemetery, 6501 S.
