Joyce L. Gardner

Gardner, Joyce L., 76, of Coral Springs, passed away November 9, 2017. Joyce was born July 1, 1941 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Frederick and Margaret (Negley) Alexander. Joyce was a member of the Red Hat Society for many years. She enjoyed gardening and watching birds in her backyard. Winter was her favorite season of the year and decorating and redecorating her home, especially during all holidays brought her joy. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and she never missed her grandchildren's events. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Terri (Scott) Batterton, Jeffrey (Victoria) Alexander, Greg Gardner, Wendy Jaakson, grandchildren, Adam (Luann) Ulrich, Amanda Alexander, Jackson Alexander, Grant Alexander, Fletcher Alexander, Justin (Mariah) Gardner, Carly Gardner, Payton Gardner, Lexi Jaakson, Rein Jaakson, great grandchildren, Triston Ulrich, Colin Ulrich, sisters, Polly Davidson, Holly (Bill) Davidson and several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 18, 2017, 10:30 - 11:45am at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 11:45am.
