Margaret H. Barron

Barron, Margaret H., 95, of Coral Springs, went to be with the Lord May 31, 2018. Margaret was born December 31, 1922 in Staten Island, New York to the late John and Anna Jeanette (Baird) Anderson. She enjoyed crocheting afghans for just about everyone and preparing meals for the sick. She played dominos, canasta, Rummy and loved bowling. She had a tremendous doll collection. She was a lifelong member of Springhill Presbyterian Church in Staunton, Virginia and she was the head of the "Apple Dumpling Gang " for their fall fair. Margaret was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jack Barron and sister, Elaine Dewart. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Bonnie Deering, Jeanne Stapelkamp, Gordon (Faye) Barron, Doris Jean (Wilson) Grappe, brother-in-law, Rev. James Dewart, nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and twelve great, great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, 5:00 - 8:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, June 6, 2018, 10:00am at Riverside Christian Fellowship Church, 957 North Rock Island Road, North Lauderdale. Interment to immediately follow at Bailey Memorial Gardens, 7801 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale.
