Mario J. Anton

Mario was known for his great sense of humor and could always make someone laugh. For those who knew him best, he will likely be best remembered for his consideration of others, especially his dedication and the full support he provided to his wife and best friend Loretta who survives him.

He was the father of 10 children, grandfather of 19, and great-grandfather of 10, who along with Loretta, will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by sons Mark and Michael, son-in-law Stephen Kovalec, and grandson Matthew Luna. His surviving children are Kathy Anton Scott (Mark), Karen Luna (Joe), Kris Johnson (Eric), Tom (Mindy), Maureen (Chris Byron), Steve (Susan Coda), Diane Kovalec, and David. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends, and his neighbors at Park Summit.

A memorial service will be held at the Park Summit (8500 Royal Palm Blvd., Coral Springs, FL) auditorium on December 20, 2017 at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Mario's memory.
