Collazo, Richard, 66, of Coral Springs, passed away March 2, 2020. Richard was born April 12, 1953 in New York, New York to the late Anibal and Priscilla (Acosta) Collazo. He served his country honorably in the United States Army. He loved to root for the Florida Panthers and the Miami Dolphins. Richard enjoyed bicycling, golfing and deep sea fishing with his son, Richard, who was also his best friend. He lived life for his family wanting to make others laugh and everyone happy by being the most caring and loving person he could be. He was predeceased by his daughter Sarah Collazo. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 45 years, Rhonda, son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Stefanie Collazo, brother, Al Collazo, sister, Priscilla (Ralph) Rodriguez and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 5, 2020, 5:00 - 8:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 7:00pm.
