I always had a high respect for Richard DeRose... he was truly valuable to the success of Charming Shoppes, growing in stature as the company grew into a world class organization, from its humble roots. A true Philadelphian- proud, strong, intuitive, hard working, hard driving, are only several of his attributes, just like the city of his birth.
I learned so much from him.

May his memory always be for a blessing.
(I’d love to hear from Kathy Simpson if possible).
