

Rich is survived by his wife, Allison Lecce (Heindrichs) and sons Mason and Jaxon Lecce, as well as his mother and stepfather, Linda and John Tropiano of Island Park, NY, stepbrother John Tropiano Jr., and father-in-law and mother-in-law Kurt and Marie Heindrichs as well as brother and sister-in-laws and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Robert B. Lecce.
Rich was born on August 15, 1974, in Far Rockaway NY, to Linda and Robert. He graduated Kellenberg High School in 1992 and attended University of Scranton graduating in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science. Rich married Allison in 2001 after she moved from New Jersey to Florida. Rich worked with his father, Robert Lecce. Over time, Rich and Allison added two beautiful children, Mason and Jaxon, the joys of their life. The boys cherished their father and will forever remember how much he loved them. From watching Mason play baseball to joining in on Jaxon’s endless creativity, Rich enjoyed every minute of it. Rich was extremely proud of both his boys.
Rich was an accomplished collector and trader of rare U.S. Coins and video games. He was a loving, charitable, passionate, family man and a great friend to many.
Family and friends are invited to gather on May 24th, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL. The mass will be held on Wednesday May 25th, 11:00 am, at Mary Help of Christians Church 5980 N. University Drive, Parkland, FL to remember him. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Rich’s life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the PKD Foundation (polycystic kidney disease) in honor of Rich Lecce.
