

Robert Keith Hubbell, III passed away peacefully March 29, 2017 at his residence in Deerfield Beach, FL. Keith was born in St. Louis, MO to parents Robert and Grace (Crowley) Hubbell. His family relocated to Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 1954. Keith enjoyed spending his life laughing with family and friends. Raising his boys became his passion. He was active in their lives and had a passion for baseball that was passed on to his sons and nieces at an early age. Keith spent many years coaching Little League baseball in Deerfield Beach, where he enjoyed many great years mentoring the kids on his teams. He also enjoyed cruising the streets in 57 chevy. Keith worked many years as a purchasing agent with Lundy Technical Center in Pompano Beach, and later with Apex Machine in Ft. Lauderdale, where he retired in 2012. Keith was an active member of the congregation at San Isidro church in Pompano Beach, FL up till 2009 and then attended St. Jude church in Boca Raton, FL. He is survived by his loving wife Lynda and ex wife Nancy. Children Keith, Ryan, Anthony and Charmaine, grandchildren Ariel, Amanda, Chad, Dominique, Jesse and Shane, nieces and nephews Elizabeth, Caroline, Thomas, Erin, Lindsey, sisters Carol (Reed) Heddleston, Nancy Hubbell, Susan (Buzz) Anctil, uncle Richard Sluggett. Also survived by many loving and cherished friends. A mass of Christian burial will be at St. Jude Catholic church 21689 Toledo Road, Boca Raton, FL on April 17, 2017 at 10AM. Followed by inurnment at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Mausoleum 1500 S State Road 7, N Lauderdale, FL. In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions to be made to North East Focal Point Senior Center, 227 NW 2nd Street, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 in Mr. Hubbell’s memory.
