Chris and Jessica my sincere condolences to you on the passing of Bob.  So many great memories with Bob in Rotary and the parties at your house. He gave a lot to Rotary and the many young people he came in contact with. May the memories endure forever.

Sincere condolences to Christine and family.

I had known Bob for "many" years through Rotary Youth Exchange, and in particular through his involvement with NAYEN (North American Youth Ex Network) - especially at the annual conferences.  

He did not take things too seriously, always had a great sense of humour, and enjoyed the fellowship of fellow Rotarians - sharing lots of laughs.  He made many contributions to bettering the program and providing opportunities for youth to become leaders.

He made so much possible for us during our trips to Florida, and we had a lot of fun with him during his visits to Germany. It is sad, that he is no longer with us. Hello dear Chris, Hello dear Jessica, we too are very sad. 
We are happy to remember Bob on our first visit to your Family and the multiple visits of Bob here in Mainz. And we are very grateful that our then 15-year-old daughter was able to experience a wonderful year with your Family We all remember Bob as a very loved ones, funny, friendly and spacious people.  
Bob has died on our (twin brother) birthday and now understand why he left our WhatsApp group 3 months ago.

I met Bob at the very first USA/Canada Youth Exchange (now NAYEN) Conference in 2000.  It was an instant friendship.  We worked together on many Youth Exchange projects over the years.  We roomed together at many RYE events.  He will be sorely missed.

So sorry for your loss. I have such great memories of Bob, he was like a second father to me growing up. Favorite times were going on vacation with our families to Disney and the Florida Keys. He was always  trying to make us laugh, and loved pushing Jess and myself into very cold bodies of water off a boat.  He and Chris took in my beloved dog, “Yellow dog” and treated him like a member of their family. Bob would update me on the dog”s shenanigans when I came home and visited from college.he was there when I caught my first fish and for my graduations.  He will be remembered fondly.

Chris, I'm so sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Jess and Aunt Chris, Whenever I think of Uncle Bob, I’m filled with happiness. He always had a funny story to share and never failed to make me laugh! I just wish I had seen him more.  He will be missed greatly. I am thinking of you both and keeping you in my prayers. With much love - Rick 🙏🏻

Chris and Jessica...I am so very sorry to hear of Bob's passing.  Even tho a couple years older than me, back in the day we shared a lot in Montauk.  I am really very sorry for you both.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this. Bob was a trusted real-estate
professional, a devoted friend. For my first 25 years of my career in
real estate-he guided me thru every closing handling each transaction with a steady hand and an open heart. Yet his true gift went far beyond contracts and closings; he was in every sense, like a brother. 
Our families share holiday dinners, great vacations and even international student-exchange adventures-experiences that sparked lifelong memories. I am going to miss him so much.
I will always be grateful for his guidance.

Bob was a wonderful neighbor. He had a great sense of humor - always making us smile. He and Chris were a pleasure to get together with,  especially when we were involved in the Rotary Club. Bob  introduced us to the Rotary's Youth Exchange Program. We shared the care of three students from Germany, Belgium and Japan through the years. If we needed to find Bob, we knew we could find him at the Barkland Doggie Park at the same time everyday with his little dog. We enjoyed meeting for dinner with Bob and Chris at Wings Plus too. Bob had a great impact on our community and was always very humble about all that he did for us , without promoting himself. We will miss him.

I have been friends with Bob for many years, meeting through  Rotary Youth Exchange. After we both left the program after many years we still talked about past events, friends and pets ( he always talked about his walks to the dog park). When he had his key lime tree he would bring me limes along with a great recipe. We solved the problems of the world with long telephone calls. I will miss him.
