Rogerio Roger R. Morales

MORALES, Rogerio Rene, “Roger”, 27, of Coral Springs, FL died at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston on Thursday, January 13th. Roger was born on December 30th, 1983 in Aurora, IL as the third child of Samuel and Blanca Morales. He was raised in Illinois prior to moving to Coral Springs, Florida in 1995. He graduated from Taravella High School in 2002 and went on to Florida State University where he obtained a BS in Criminology in 2006. Roger and Alejandra Ramirez met in junior high and dated until they were married on November 1st 2008. Roger then entered the police academy and served with the Davie police department. Roger loved being a police officer and serving his community. He enjoyed working out, reading, and outdoor activities. Roger is loved deeply by his family and friends and will be missed terribly. He is survived by his wife, Alejandra, his parents, Samuel and Blanca Morales, his siblings Sergio, Samuel Jr. and his wife Christine, and Corina and his nephew Samuel. The visitation will be Sunday, January 16th from 10am-2pm at the Signature Grand in Davie. The funeral mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Coral Springs on Monday, January 17th at 11am.
